Q: Do you offer Job Placement?
A: HeliStream does not offer job placement; However, we do hire our own graduates when a position is available. We also will be happy to give a referral or recommendation to another company looking for pilots.
Q: Are students allowed to rent your helicopters?
A: After graduation, and upon enrollment in the Recurrent Training Program, students may rent our Robinson R22s for solo flights.
Q: Are pilots allowed to carry a passenger on solo flights within the recurrent training programs?
A: In order to carry a passenger within the recurrent training program pilots must:
- Be a certificated rotary wing pilot
- Have completed the RHC Safety Course
- Meet the minimum insurance requirements as specified in Endorsement One-R22 of the Pathfinder Insurance Policy
