HeliStream, Inc. is a full service helicopter operator in Southern California. We have been in business for more than 35 years at the John Wayne/Orange County Airport. Our business is growing and because of that, we also now operate from three satellite locations: Gillespie Field in San Diego, Fullerton Airport, and our Fire Base in Santa Ynez. We operate 10 different models of helicopters doing a wide variety of different missions. Because of our high ‘op tempo’, our Mechanics are assigned to work shifts. Currently, we have 2 day shifts and 1 evening shift: Mon-Fri0500-1330; Mon-Thur 0600-1700; and Tue-Fri1100-2200. For Fire Mechanics during fire season we offer alternate work shifts: 12 days on with 2 off, or 12 days on with 14 off.
