We are looking for experienced helicopter mechanics. Applicants will need to be able to perform the full range of maintenance on rotor wing aircraft. These positions are challenging and fast-paced but also very rewarding. Our aircraft are used for Fire Fighting, Utility, Construction, Transportation and Flight Training.
We are looking for mechanics that have experience on the following makes & models: UH60, B205, B212, H145, EC135

Incentives are given for USFS carded mechanics (UH60). To qualify for this job opportunity, an applicant must hold an FAA Aircraft Mechanic Certificate with A & P ratings, pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to a background check.

HELISTREAM is a full service helicopter operator in Southern California. We have been in business for more than 35 years at the John Wayne/Orange County Airport. We also operate from three satellite locations:
- Gillespie Field, San Diego, CA
- Fullerton Airport, CA
- Fire Base in Santa Ynez, CA
Full time Mechanics are needed for our San Diego and Orange County locations.
Contract positions are also available for our San Diego Operation.
We operate ten different models of helicopters doing a wide variety of different missions. Our mechanics are assigned to work shifts. Currently, we have two day shifts and one evening shift:
Mon-Fri from 0500-1330
Mon-Thur from 0600-1700
Tue-Fri from 1100-2200
For Helicopter Mechanics during fire season, we offer alternate work shifts: 12 days on with 2 days off, or 12 days on with 12 days off.
